It represents Vision, the planetary mind, and the ability to act with a global perspective that transcends the interests of the small ego.

In the Mayan worldview, the eagle is the animal that can look directly at the sun without being blinded, the messenger that connects the thoughts of men with the great plans of divinity. To be born as a Men Kin or to live under its pulse means having the mission of being a Guardian of the Mind. The Blue Eagle relies on other frequencies so that its flight is balanced:

• Guide Seal: Usually a seal that brings intuition or an ethical basis to its great mental ambition.
• Analog Seal: Yellow Seed (Kan). The Seed gives the Eagle patience and detail, reminding it that every great vision is born from a small idea that must be nurtured.
• Antipode Seal: Red Serpent (Chicchan). The Serpent challenges the Eagle not to get lost in the clouds and to remember that it has a physical body with instinctual needs that must be attended to.
• Occult Seal: White World-Bridger (Cimi). The World-Bridger grants the Eagle the power of transcendence, allowing it to "kill" obsolete thoughts to give way to revolutionary visions.

Perform this ritual when you feel confused, when you need to make an important long-term decision, or when you wish to enhance your strategic creativity.

Elements:

• A blue or purple candle.
• Copal or frankincense incense.
• An image of an eagle or a bird feather.
• A large piece of paper and colors (to draw or write your vision).

Procedure:

1. Light the candle and the incense. Sit in a position where your back is very straight and your shoulders relaxed.
2. Close your eyes and imagine that your feet transform into powerful talons that cling to a rock at the top of a mountain. Feel the cold wind on your cheeks.
3. Extend your arms (your wings) and visualize that you rise above your city, your country, and the entire planet. Look at the Earth as a blue gem floating in space.
4. From that height, look at your current situation. See how small it looks and how simple solutions arise that you didn't see before.

6. Open your eyes and draw or write on the paper the "map" of your vision. Do not set limits; dream big.

• Seeing eagles or large birds flying in circles: It is a sign that you must raise your perspective on an issue that concerns you.
• Having dreams where you fly: Feeling the freedom of flight is a message that your soul is ready to expand.
• Receiving ideas about the future of humanity: Feeling a sudden interest in ecology, global politics, or new social technologies.
• Sudden visual clarity: Feeling that your physical eyes see colors more intensely or that you can focus better on details.
