Malachite

Procedure:

3. Place the Malachite directly over your heart (you can lie down for greater comfort).

6. Burn the paper with the candle flame (carefully). IMPORTANT: Cleanse your Malachite immediately after the ritual (place it on earth or on a Selenite), as it will have been charged with the negativity absorbed.
