Draft pending legal review. This notice responds to the transparency principle of the GDPR (arts. 13-14), the EU AI Act (art. 50: duty to inform when interacting with an AI system), the LGPD (art. 20) and Google's policies on automatically generated content.
1. Yes, you are talking to an artificial intelligence
"La Bruja" is a character. When you chat with the oracle, ask for a spread or an interpretation of your natal chart, the answer is generated by a language model (AI), not by a person. The character speaks in the first person for narrative immersion; that does not change its automated nature.

3. Which models and providers we use
Readings are generated with large language models via OpenRouter and OpenAI (United States). We send the model only the text of your question, the cards drawn and, if you request it, a summary of your natal chart without name or email. We configure these services so they do not train on your data to the extent their terms allow. See the Privacy policy.
4. Limits of generated content
- The AI can be wrong, make things up or contradict itself. It does not verify facts about your life and does not know you.
- It is instructed not to give medical, legal or financial advice and not to encourage dependence, but those guardrails can fail. If you see an inappropriate answer, report it to oraculo@labrujaa.com.
- Readings are not kept to train our own models. They are stored in your account only so you can re-read them and are deleted with it.
5. Your rights
You may ask us how a reading was generated, request a manual review of a piece of content, or delete your history from Settings. No AI output produces legal effects or automated decisions about you (GDPR art. 22; LGPD art. 20).
