1. Who we are and what you accept
These Terms govern the use of labrujaa.com and its services (the "Service"), operated by La Bruja ([legal name and address to be completed]). By using the Service you accept these Terms, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service: entertainment and reflection
La Bruja offers tarot readings, horoscopes, natal charts, compatibility, numerology and related content. All content is for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not constitute or replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment or any other professional advice, and must not be used to make decisions about your health, money, relationships or safety. If you are in crisis, contact the emergency or mental-health services in your country.
Part of the content is generated with artificial intelligence. It may contain errors, inaccuracies or statements that do not correspond to reality. See the AI disclosure.
3. Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a plan. We reserve the right to request age verification and to close accounts that do not meet this requirement. Children under 13 are prohibited from using the Service under any circumstances.
4. User account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
- One person, one account. You may not transfer your account or share paid access with third parties.
- You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings → Delete my account or by writing to us. Deletion is irreversible.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service (automation, scraping, flooding the AI) or break the law.
5. Paid plans, prices and cancellation
- Some content and features require a paid plan ("Bruja+", passes or credits). Prices, currencies and taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or Mercado Pago; we do not store card data.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Right of withdrawal: if you live in the EU, Brazil, Colombia or Mexico you have the statutory withdrawal period (14 days in the EU; 7 days in Brazil under CDC art. 49; 5 business days in Colombia under Ley 1480 art. 47; 5 business days in Mexico under LFPC art. 56) unless you consumed the digital content immediately and expressly agreed to that. Write to us to exercise it.
- Unused credits and passes expire on the date shown at purchase and are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.
6. Content and intellectual property
- The texts, illustrations, trademarks, code and databases of the Service belong to La Bruja or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Readings generated for you may be shared by you on social media with attribution. You may not mass-reproduce, resell or train models on the Service's content without written permission.
- The developer API is governed by its own terms published in the developer portal.
7. Community and user content
By posting comments or images you warrant that you have the right to do so and grant La Bruja a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display them within the Service. Posting illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, self-harm-promoting or impersonating content is prohibited. We may moderate, hide or remove content and accounts that breach these rules.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Bruja is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the Service's content, for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, or for Service interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or withdraw features of the Service. If a change affects a current paid plan we will notify you with reasonable notice and, if it materially worsens the plan, you may cancel with a pro-rata refund.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of [country to be determined by the founder]. If you are a consumer you are also protected by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of your domicile. In the EU you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
