Fire Element

The Fire Element represents vital energy, action, enthusiasm, will and inspiration. In astrology it groups the signs Aries, Leo and Sagittarius, which share spontaneity, confidence and a need for self-expression. In tarot it corresponds to the suit of Wands, which describes projects, vocation and passion. An excess of fire in the natal chart can show up as impatience or burnout; a lack of it, as difficulty getting started or believing in oneself. In natural magic it is associated with candles, the south and transformation.
