Mirror Hours

Mirror hours are the moments when the minutes repeat the hour, such as 11:11, 12:12 or 21:21. There are twenty-four of them, from 00:00 to 23:23. The esoteric tradition reads them as synchronicities: reminders to pause and notice what one was thinking or feeling at that instant, not as predictions. In numerology they are interpreted through the repeated number of the hour and the reduction of its four digits; for example, 12:12 adds up to 1 + 2 + 1 + 2 = 6. They are closely related to angel numbers, the sequences that repeat in daily life.
