Number 4

Number 4 evokes the square, the four cardinal directions and the four elements: structure and solid ground. In numerology it symbolises order, steady work, discipline and reliability. As a Life Path Number it describes someone who builds step by step and finds security in clear plans, with the lesson of not turning prudence into rigidity. Its shadow is stubbornness and fear of change. It is also the reduction of the master number 22. In tarot it corresponds to The Emperor, the figure of authority who organises and protects.
