Full Moon
The Full Moon is the phase in which the Sun and Moon are in opposition, 180° apart, and the lunar disc appears fully lit from Earth. It happens once every 29.5 days, with the Moon in the sign opposite the Sun. Symbolically it is a moment of culmination, clarity and revelation: what was planted at the new Moon shows its fruit or its flaws. In magical tradition it is the night of esbats, gratitude and charging crystals. When it falls near a lunar node, a lunar eclipse can occur.
